Inspired by the wind that sweeps through the south of France, our decor is reminiscent of Provence, with hand picked pottery and arched windows that evoke warmth and sophistication.

Chef Jamie Mammano, along with Seth Greenberg & Paul Roiff, began redefining the Boston restaurant scene in 1997 with the opening of Mistral, a French-Mediterranean restaurant in Boston’s South End. In January 2006, Chef Mammano and Roiff opened Sorellina, offering regional Italian-Mediterranean cuisine with a modern twist, a unique wine list and a warm-modern design intertwined with the glow of a back wall mural and floor-to-ceiling windows. Previous to Sorellina, Roiff brought Chef Mammano in as a partner in The Federalist, located in XV Beacon Hotel. In August 2007, The Federalist transitioned into a modern steakhouse named Mooo... Ostra, located in Boston’s Back Bay on Charles Street South, joined the CHG family in November, 2013. Ostra, a Mediterranean seafood restaurant, is inspired by local and European varieties of seafood. In February of 2022, Columbus Hospitality Group began the expansion of Mooo..., opening a second location in Boston’s Seaport area on Melcher Street. Continuing to expand the Mooo…brand, the company transitioned the previously known L’Andana into Mooo...Burlington in July, 2022. For over 25 years, the Columbus Hospitality Group has continued to operate several of the city’s most celebrated fine dining establishments including two hotel properties, XV Beacon Hotel and The Inn @ St. Botolph.
